Ana de Robles manifiesta que Juan Francisco de Palma Mayorga lo hizo heridas motivo por el cual abrió un proceso ante el Corregidor y Justicia Mayor General Luis Antonio de Oviedo y Herrera, por el momento el causante anda ausente de la Villa sin saber su paradero, pero ya curada de las heridas muchas personas lo han pedido que se aparte del juicio es así que por propia voluntad se aparta de cualquier derecho que pueda tener dentro del juicio por la heridas perdonando su culpa y no le pedirá ni demandará en la Villa o en cualquier parte que se encuentre.
