María Baca y Heredia vda. de Miguel de Arriola manifiesta que tiene una esclava de un año nombrada Juana hija de una mulata su esclava nombrada Tomasa a la que le tiene mucho amor y voluntad por haber nacida en su casa por lo que desea darle carta de libertad y que de ahora en adelante este libre horra de cautivo y esclavitud viva libre como las demás personas y pueda realizar ventas compras de bienes esclavos poseerlas y disponer de ellas dándole la libertad y que pondrá en su testamento codicilos o poderes para testar siendo su voluntad.
