Fianza que otorga el Capitán Juan de Loyola a Gerónimo Facio boticario, que esta en la cárcel por el juicio criminal que le sigue de oficio la real justicia por el decreto que se dicto se obliga a pagar la cantidad que sea juzgado y sentenciado por la resistencia que hizo al Alguacil Mayor y a Pedro Félix de Morales y por la sentencia pronunciada en la causa, pagara en este lugar o en cualquier parte todo lo que sea juzgado y sentenciado por todos los grados, instancias y tribunales.
