Fianza que otorga Francisco de Espinoza de los Monteros mercader a Gregoria de Sandi y Graciana de Sandi hermanas, que están presas en la cárcel de esta Villa, por mandado de Luis Antonio de Oviedo y Herrera Corregidor y Justicia Mayor y Juez del Juzgado de difuntos, sobre la ocultación de bienes del difunto Francisco de Mena que murió abintestato, constituyéndose en fiador y que guardara el depósito carcelario en la casa de Andrés Muñoz de Céspedes y no romperá en ningún momento y que se presentará cuando lo soliciten.
