El defensor de Menores Joseph del Olmo Barrionuevo solicita la realización del inventario de bienes que quedaron por muerte de Pedro Rodríguez Rentero por mandado del Corregidor y Justicia Mayor General Luis Antonio de Oviedo y Herrera y con asistencia de su mujer legítima María Josepha Albacea y Tenedora de Bienes se levanta de todos los bienes que posee en su casa quedando a cargo y en poder de su mujer mediante el juramento y una señal de cruz obligándose a administrar sin causar daño a los bienes que lo entregaron dando cuenta de ello a solicitud de cualquier autoridad o persona.
