Juan Chuqui Capitán del pueblo de Guaqui y Juan Cupiticoma se obligan que dentro de 20 días entregará en la cárcel pública un indio que desconocen su nombre del cual compraron 3 carneros de la tierra en precio de 12 pesos que estan en poder del Alcalde y que pertenecen a los herederos de Gaspar de Cortázar, obligándose de cancelar a Catalina Ruiz de Peralta vda. de Gaspar o a sus herederos 20 pesos corrientes por el valor de 5 carneros que no aparecen, escritura que se realiza con asistencia de Juan de Urdinzu y Arbeláez Alcalde Ordinario y Diego de los Ríos Interprete General.
