El contador Sebastián de Echavarría manifiesta que Alejandro Gómez Thenorio su primo falleció otorgando testamento cerrado en el le nombra como su albacea solicitando que sea abierto y se publique solicitud que realiza a Juan Ascencio de Muguertegui Alcalde Ordinario por que presenta testigos, fe de muerte y otras diligencias siendo aceptada su solicitud por la autoridad y manda que sea abierto se publique el testamento como fue su última voluntad.
