Juan Joseph de Araoz y Zeballos cura rector de la parroquia de San Benito como apoderado de Juan Bravo del Rivero Obispo de la ciudad de Santiago de Chile y apoderado del Capitán Enrique Ponce de León y Mesía solicita que presentados los instrumentos se notifique a Pedro de Yrribarrin le entregue 1666 pesos y seis reales que otorgará recibo de cancelación, notificando para tal efecto y obligándolo al saneamiento de todo lo indicado y se le entregue el dinero como a su apoderado del Obispo.
