Biographical history
Armando Alba fue un destacado escritor, periodista, diplomático e historiador boliviano, ocupo diversos cargos jerárquicos dentro la administración boliviana. Fundador del grupo literario "Gesta Bárbara", además de ser Administrador y Director del Museo de la Casa Nacional de Moneda hasta su fallecimiento.
